Silvano Apparel ships to all domestic and international locations.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped you can track your package in My Account clicking on the “View orders” link and then selecting the order for which you would like to track. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in My Account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you’ll find contact information below.

Returns

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it up to 30 days from receipt of product. Merchandise must be unworn, and in the original packaging. We’ll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.

Unworn Merchandise:

Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Defective Merchandise:

Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Incorrect Merchandise:

Contact us via e-mail at info@silvanoapparel.com if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.

Packing & Sending Your Return

Returning an item
Repack your unused item in the original packaging.

Packing slip and Order Number Finding the Order Number on Your Packing Slip:
Look for a chain of characters located below your billing address: e.g., Order ID xxxxxxx

If you no longer have the packing slip:
Email us at info@silvanoapparel.com and we will provide you with your order ID. Unfortunately, Silvano Apparel cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries. If you have any questions about the status of your return, contact us via e-mail.

Allow four weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
